World suicide prevention day

‘Creating Hope Through Action’

The statistics of suicide are heartbreaking and alarming. In 2021 5583 suicides were recorded. Every year, September 10th, organisations and communities come together to raise awareness and work for prevention of suicide. Having worked with multiple families dealing with such deaths, I am a huge supporter of their work and aim of creating a world where fewer people see suicide as the only or best route out. It is a very complex situation and decisions to take this route can be justified but this doesn’t change the devastating affects on those around them. Awareness is key

If you know someone who is struggling with life, talk to them and do seek advise.
There are some brilliant organisations out there to help.
