Biophilic Design and Climate Change

A very busy week and all fantastically inspiring as conversations and actions around sustainable living and sustainable exits increase in flow. Thanks to Planted Cities for their Bio exhibition and talk Roca Gallery London last week as we work toward Regenerative Resilient Futures with Biophilic Design In the stunning surrounds of Zahad Adid architecture. This extraordinary building exquisitely showcases space as a key component to the wellbeing of human experience. Amongst the panel, fantastic conversations were had with Vanessa Champion of the Journal of Biophilic Design, Paul de Zwart founder of Another Country discussing the the battles of the consumer society amidst the global crisis of climate change. Integrating sustainability with well-being provides a positive and progressive approach to a rather large challenge. It is all of our responsibility to make considered choices. Not only do we promote and encourage sustainable choices in the materials we use in our funerals, providing sensitive, considered and beautiful send-offs is central to the work we do. We believe a good goodbye does help in how we move forward in live, adjusting and living with loss. Sustainability is not just about the planet, it is also our wellbeing. We are all encouraged to live sustainably, we encourage you to consider how you make your exit.

Bio-Spaces exhibition curated in partnership with Oliver Heath runs until September
