“We are taught how to acquire things but not what to do when we lose them”
As an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, Clare works with individuals on a 121 basis; virtually and face to face to help them begin their recovery. Licensed by The Grief Recovery Institute, Clare’s clients feel lighter and able to move through and beyond the despair of grief.
Clare came to grief recovery following a series of losses. Having found The Grief Recovery Method and undergoing the programme she knew this is what she needed to do, her purpose, to help others overcome the pain of grief.
On doing this work herself Clare understood that childhood was a series of significant losses; family break up, the death of her stepfather by suicide, her mother leaving, loss of safety and trust (domestic violence) and that doing The Grief Recovery Method helped her to resolve many of her hopes, dreams and expectations connected to these losses allowing her to move forward.
