We will always ensure you are kept informed an up to date throughout the arranging process.
We will let you know the day we will be bringing them into our care from, the date and time and location of the cremation allowing you to mark the time in a way that is right for you.

Return of Ashes & Memorialisation

• You may wish to collect the ashes from the crematorium, alternatively we can hand deliver them to you.
• Remaining connected can play an important part in grief and moving forward living with loss
• Creating a memorial provides a peaceful permanent place of rest as well as place for you to anchor your grief.
